Wardynski Bologna
Our bologna is a pork and beef mix that is cooked in a natural casing – just like it was been for over 100 years. Due to the natural casing, it will often be in irregular shapes and a variety of sizes.
We also offer the bologna in an artificial casing. This is most common for food service. It is the same recipe, which means it has the same great Polish flavor, and is great cold or sliced thick and fried on the grill – a Buffalo favorite!
Shelly Bologna
This is a label and recipe that we purchased in the early 2000’s. It allows us to offer another delicious taste in bologna. The Shelly brand is a chicken and pork bologna that is a finer grind with a sweeter taste. It is very comparable to a German bologna.
