The traditional Old World Style sausage. Fresh from our kitchen to yours. Stuffed into all natural casings, must be thoroughly cooked before serving. Available in rope and links.

Smoked Polish Sausage
Following Old World Tradition, slightly spiced with a hint of garlic. Stuffed into natural casings, smoked to a golden brown, fully cooked, just heat and serve. Available in rope and links. Skinless links also available.

Italian Sausage
Another Old World Style favorite. Spiced with anise, fennel and red pepper. Available fresh or pre-cooked, hot or mild, in rope or links. Cooked Italian sausage is available with up to 20 varieties of spices and flavors.

Cajun Style Sausage
Louisiana's Creole Favorite. A zesty hot sausage to please any palate. Available in rope, links and skinless links.

Smoked Sausage
American Style, ever so lightly seasoned, smoked to a golden brown, fully cooked. All natural casing. Available in rope or links.

Country Brand Sausage
A farm style sausage seasoned with ginger and mace, then smoked to perfection. All natural casings. Available in rope or links.



Natural Casing Wieners
Great tasting pork and beef wiener mildly spiced and stuffed into a natural sheep casing. Expressly for those who remember the original style hot dog.

Tender Casing Wieners
Our same great pork and beef wiener, stuffed into a collagen casing for more uniformity then a natural casing at a slightly lower price.

Skinless Wieners
Uniformity at its best, our same great wiener, or special formula for roller grills.

Knockwurst
Our well known German Style favorite, great on any grill. Pork and beef with a hint of mustard seed.

White Hots
Made with pork and veal, neither cured nor smoked, this hot dog is pure white in color, with a flavorful taste and fine texture.


Shelly Hot Dogs
An old time favorite that is new again. Shelly's Skinless Hot Dog is the perfect blend of pork, chicken and beef, lightly spiced and offered at family value prices.


Bologna
Just one taste of our pork and beef bologna and you'll be asking for Wardynski's. Elegantly spiced in the Old World Tradition. Stuffed into natural or artificial casings.

Liver Sausage
Old fashioned cold cut for old fashioned luncheons. Made with pork liver, spices and blended to a creamy perfection. Serve on sandwiches, or cut into slices to enhance any cracker.

Kiszka
A Polish delicacy. Kiszka has a similar usage to corned beef hash. Try it baked, or fried. Traditionally served with eggs for breakfast, but great for any meal.

Blood Tongue
A fabulous combination of pork tongue and beef blood with a slight hint of onion and cinnamon.

Sweet or Sour Head Cheese
