Shortly after emigrating from Poland, Frank Wardynski began producing his own recipe
for Polish Sausage in a butcher shop he had recently opened. By 1929 the demand for
Wardynski Polish Sausage had grown from
the local neighborhood into the surrounding areas. A few
additions had been made to the shop, and sausage had
become a full time venture. The employees are seen stuffing
and hanging the original style sausage.
